Funding Request Submission Guidelines

(e.g. Vets, homeless etc)

Include funds already committedby source, pending funds, and any projected support.

Please include experience implementing a program or research study with similar populations as well as experience implementing a TM-based program.

Include;

• - an explanation of the project
• - a rough timeline for implementation
• - program start and end dates;
• - program partners (if applicable)
• - a description of the organisation
• - the commitment of their leadership to the project and whether the leadership practice TM
• - TM teachers associated with the project along with their experience with the population served
• - the number of people who will benefit from the project. I.e. learn TM
• - a list of outcomes to be measured
• - a statement of need for support from the David Lynch Foundation Aust

i) Please outline what, if any, prospects the project has for expanding into bigger or ongoing projects. I.e. is this project a one-off stand-alone project or if successful could it result in other projects. Explain if do.

ii) Could other groups or organisations begin to support, promote or fund it? If so, how?
