CHANGE BEGINS WITHIN

We address the epidemic of toxic stress and trauma among disadvantaged and at-risk populations through the evidence-based Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique.

A Global Epidemic

The global escalation of traumatic stress is linked to a grim list of mental, physical and social health disorders, including impaired brain and cognitive functioning, high blood pressure and metabolic syndrome, anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, poverty, violence, and crime.

How We Can Help

David Lynch Foundation Caucasus offers TM to people who need to meditate the most,
at no cost.

2x

Transcendental Meditation is twice as effective as other meditation techniques in reducing anxiety – Journal of Clinical Psychology

“TM gives effortless access to unlimited reserves of energy, creativity, and happiness deep within. This level of life is sometimes called ‘pure consciousness’ – it is treasury and it is deep within us all.”
